Run this verification immediately after connector install so your team can move into workflows, permissions, and launch readiness with confidence.

When to use this

• Immediately after connector install.
• Before support handoff and launch-readiness checks.

Steps

1. 1.Open the workspace connection status panel.
2. 2.Confirm connector status is active.
3. 3.Confirm workspace status reads verified.
4. 4.Run a basic sync test from the onboarding flow.
5. 5.Confirm no critical warnings appear in connection logs.

Expected result

The connection status is verified, sync checks pass, and the team can proceed to workflows and launch readiness.

If something goes wrong

• If verified status is missing, re-run the connection step from the workspace.
• If sync checks fail, confirm site health and firewall or outbound rules.
• If failures are intermittent, capture timestamps and escalate to support.
